Flat fee
The flat fee is priced in the advantage of the tenant and all price reductions obtained by EasyLifeinBrussels are always passed on to the benefit of the tenant.
Short term contracts
This apartment can be rented from upwards of 6 months. For stays shorter than 12 months, an extra 2 % is added to the base rent. Depending on which month this short term contract ends, an additional surcharge may be applied. The calculator below takes into account all these factors.
