This apartment is perfect for your future stay in Brussels! It is located in one of the most friendly neighborhoods of the capital: 100 m from the Madou Tower (occupied by the European Commission) and close to the metro station "Madou". On the Place de la Liberté (testimony of the battles of the liberation of Belgium), the tree-lined terraces attract the tourists and the inhabitants of the surroundings. Very friendly atmosphere with small restaurants, neighborhood stores etc.
The apartment offers a living space 'open space' very comfortable with TV, comfortable chairs, sofa bed to accommodate visitors at best.Everything has been decorated "trendy" with taste.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment also has a washing machine that combines washing and drying

Rights of Renunciation
THE CONSUMER DOES NOT HAVE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Based on the Royal Decree of 18 November 2002,
concerning the exclusion of certain contracts relating to the provision of services for accommodation, transport, catering or leisure.
The right of withdrawal under Article 47 of the Act on Market Practices and Consumer Protection for purchases at distance
which provides the consumer a period of 14 calendar days during which one can renounce the contract,
shall not apply to contracts entered into through the website.
This exception was prompted by the specificity of the tourism industry and services,
and is in line with European rules on distance selling,
which also provides an exception for services relating to accommodation, transport, catering or leisure.
